现代白内障囊外摘除及人工晶体植入术

Modern Extracapsular Cataract Extraction and Intraocular Lens Implantation

对３８例３９只眼行现代白内障囊外摘除术及后房型人工晶体植入术，３１例３２只眼随访３个月以上，术后矫正视力≥５．０者占３７．５％，≥４．７者占８４．４％，术后屈光状态球镜度数变化不大，柱镜度数随时间的推移而减少。文章对术后并发症及处理、影响角膜散光的因素进行了简要的讨论。

The results of the modern extracapsular cataract extraction with posterior chamber lens implantation for 38 patients(39 eyes)are presented in this paper. Thirty-one patients(32 eyes)were followed up more than 3 months. Visual acuities of 5. 0 or better were attained in 37. 5%, and 4. 7 or better in 84. 4%.The change in spherical power during follow-up was not significant. while the variation of corneal astigmatism was reduced as time went on. The postoperative complications, and managements, and the factors in corneal astigmatism are briefly discussed.
