Hereditary Polymorphism of Haptoglobin in Yaozu , Zhuangzu and Hanzu

本文研究了广西瑶族、壮族和汉族共４９０名无关个体的Ｈｐ表型频率和基因频率。３个群体中Ｈｐ表型分布符合Ｈａｒｄｙ－Ｗｅｉｎｂｅｒｇ平衡法则，３个民族的基因频率比较无显著性差异，但基因频率和Ｈｐｌ－１、ＨｐＯ型在男女性别中的分布具有显著性差异。

The study of Hp phenotypic and genic frequency of 490 indifferent individuals in Yaozu, Zhuangzu and Hanzu is reported in this paper; The Hp phenotypic distribution of the three groups was in conformity to Hardy-Weinberg’s equilibrium law,and there was no significant difference in genic frequency of the three nationalities,but the distribution of genic frequency and Hp1-1,HpO type in male and female showed significant differences.
