速效感冒片中扑热息痛的溶出度研究

Study on the Dissolution of Paracetamol From Suxiao Ganmao Pian

速效感冒片中扑热息痛的溶出度测定方法，采用双波长分光光度法测定扑热息痛的溶出量，方法回收率（ｎ＝５）为９９．７９％，ＣＶ为０．０７２％，该法操作简便、准确度和灵敏度高。所拟的溶出度测定方法可做为质量评价指标。

This paper reports the determination method of dissolution and the dissolution quantity of paracetamol from Suxiao Ganmao Pian(Quick-acting Tablet for Common Cold)with dual-wavelength spectrophotometry.The rate of recovery(n=5)was 99. 79%and CVwas 0.072%. This method is easy to operate and has the advantages of high accuracy and sensibility. The determmination method drewup by the authors may be used for quality evaluation.
