摘要 Ingredients: 1 soaked squid, a little soaked edible fungus, 1 soaked sea cucumber, 1 cucumber and a little minced ginger root, chopped green onion and corn starch. Directions: 1. Using a knife, crisscross the inside surface of the squid, cutting only halfway through the fish. Then slice the squid, about 1 cun (3 cun= 1 decimeter)wide and 1.5 cun long. 2. Slice the cucumber and sea cucumber. 3. Mix the corn starch with water and mix well. 4. Drop the sliced squid into boiling water until they roll up.
