速度编码电影MR评价心室每搏输出量的可重复性研究 被引量:1

摘要 目的 探讨速度编码电影MR成像技术在评价心室每搏输出量测量中的应用价值。方法 应用速度编码电影MR(VECMR)对 9例健康成年志愿者进行心脏检查。重复测量左、右心室每搏输出量 (SV)以比较其观察者间、观察者内测量的重复性 ,并与形态体积法电影MR测得的结果进行比较。结果 ①VECMR测量左、右心室每搏输出量观察者间及观察者内重复性高 ,相关性好。②该方法与形态体积法MR所测正常成人左、右心室SV相关性良好 ,相关系数分别为 0 .98和0 .96,两种方法测得的SV均值比较 ,差异无显著性意义 (P >0 .0 5 )。结论 速度编码电影MR测量心室每搏输出量准确 ,重复性高 ,检查简便、省时 。 Objective To investigate the value of velocity encoded cine magnetic resonance imaging (VECMR) in assessment of ventricular stroke volume (SV). Methods Nine cases of healthy adults volunteer were studied with VECMR. The SVs of the left and right ventricle were measured respectively by two observers and one observer in two different times for evaluating the inter-observer reproducibility and the intra-observer reproducibility. Both ventricular SVs were also compared with those by stereological cine magnetic resonance imaging (SCMRI). Results To SVs of both ventricle in adults volunteer with VECMR, the inter-observer reproducibility and the intra-observer reproducibility were good enough, the measurements of two observers were correlated well, the measurements of two times by one observer were also correlated well. The SVs of the left and right ventricle using both VECMR and SCMRI were agreed well, and the correlative coefficient was 0.97 and 0.96 respectively, there was no significant statistical difference ( P >0.05). Conclusion VECMR is an accurate, convenient and reproducible measuring method for evaluating the ventricular function and has a more practical value in clinics.
