摘要
羽绒加工生产线主要分为分毛和水洗消毒两条生产线。随着生产加工工艺的不同，两条生产线既可独立运行，也可程序交叉运行。本文除系统介绍一下整个生产工艺过程外，着重介绍以可编程序控制器为核心的水洗消毒生产自动线的控制系统设计以及软件程序的编制。
Elder down processing production line mainly divides into two production lines,ie.feather sorting and washing-sterilizing,which can be either operated indepently or alternately by programs according to the different production processing technologies.In addition to the systematic introduction of whole production technology,this article emphatically relates to the control system design and software programming for the automatic washing-sterizing line with the PLC as the core.
