摘要
本文利用扫描电镜，对用ＭＥＥＣ法及其它不同加工方法加工过的工件表面形貌进行了观察，初步分析了ＭＥＥＣ法加工特种陶瓷的加工效果，为ＭＥＥＣ加工法的实际应用提供了一定的依据。
The surfaces of ceramic workpieces machined by MEEC(Mechanical grinding,Electrolisys, Electro-Dis-Charge Combined )and other methods are observed with SEM. The results from machining special ceramic by MEEC are analyzed, which is helpful for applying,MEEC method in practical machining.
