摘要
本文推导了灌装阀的出流公式,并通过对准装阀出口压力损失的分析导出流量系数的理论公式.文章详细分析了灌装过程中各阶段的受力状态,列出了运动微分方程。在此基础上,着重研究了液阀弹簧和气阀弹簧的设计方法。同时发现了贮液箱内气体的最大工作压力与弹簧力的关系。
A flowrate formula of the filling valve has been developed. For its flow coefficient,a theoretical formula has also been deduced from analyzing the pressure losseg at the exit of the filling valve. The force condition of the valve slide has been analyzed in such details that the equilibrium equations of force or the differential equations of movement at each stape of filling process have been described. Based on it, a design procedure of liquid and air valve springs has been suggested. Furthermore,it is found that the maxmum working pressure of the air in the liquid tank is correlated with the magnitude of the elastic forces of the valve springs.
