耻骨上前列腺摘除术210例报告

SUPRAPUBIC PROSTATECTOMY FOR BENIGN PROSTATIC HYPERPLASIA- ANALYSIS OF 210 CASES

本文报告２１０例前列腺增生症病例，均经耻骨上前列腺摘除。无手术死亡病例。随访１５９例，除２例发生尿道狭窄外，均排尿通畅，不费力。重点对诊断，预防出血，尿道狭窄，尿失禁、附睾炎等手术并发症进行了讨论。

uprapubic prostatectomy for 210 cases of benign prostatic hyperplasia were reported.There are no dead cases in the group.159 cases have been followed up for 1-13 years.Theurethral stricture occured in only two cases and the effect has been satisfactory on other cas-es.Key points of the diagnosis and the post-operative complicatious,such as hemorrhage,urethral stricture.incontinence of urine,epididymitis ect,were discussed.
