纳洛酮拮抗普鲁卡因静脉复合麻醉呼吸抑制25例

NALOXONE ANTAGONIZES RESPIRATORY DEPRESSION BY INTRAVENOUS PROCAINE COMBINED ANESTHESIA

本组２５例患者在普鲁卡因静脉复合麻醉下完成手术，术毕均出现呼吸抑制。本文观察ＭＶ＜９０ｍｌ·ｋｇ－１时静注纳洛酮０．２ｍｇ（８／２５）、０．４ｍｇ（１７／２５）对ＶＴ、ＭＶ、ｆ以及ＨＲ、ＢＰ、意识的影响。结果表明：纳洛酮非常显著增加ＶＴ、ＭＶ（ｐ＜０．００１），用药前ｆ正常者，用药后ｆ无显著改变（ｐ＞０．０５）；用药前ｆ＜１２·ｍｍ－１者，用药后ｆ显著增快（ｐ＜０．００１）。同时，纳洛酮有明显的类似催醒作用，对ＨＲ、ＢＰ无显著影响。

wenty-five patients were operated under intravonous procaine combined anesthesia.All cases had respiratory depression after operation, The effect of naloxone i.v.0.2 mg(8/25),0.4mg(17/25)on VT,MV,f, HR, BP and consciousness was observed While MV<90ml· kg-1.Results showed that after naloxone i.v., MV and VTincreased very significantly(P<0.001).For those whose respirations were normal before the administration of nalox-one, the respirations did not change significantly after its administration(P>0. 05);Whereasfor those whose respirations were less than 12/minute before the administration,the respira-tions increased significantly after the administration (P<0.001 ).Naloxone had significanteffect like analeptic,but not on HR and BP.
