镉铅汞对小鼠精子畸形试验的影响 被引量:2

摘要 本文采用精子畸形试验,观察了氯化镉、醋酸铜、氯化汞对小鼠生殖细胞的影响.结果表明,三种金属化合物在1/2LD50和1/6LD50剂量染毒小鼠中,观察到精子畸形增高,且呈剂量─—反应关系.提示镉、铅、汞对哺乳动物的生殖细胞具有潜在的诱变能力. he effeet of cadmium chloride,lead acetate and merctiric chloride on the male mice’sreproduction cells was observed in the abnormality experinent upon spermatozoa.The re-sults showed that wity these three etalic compounds getting in to mice in the dose 1/2 LD50and 1/6LD50 vespctively,the rising rate of spermatozoa’s abnormal shapes,and a dose-ef-fect relationship were observed.The experiment indicates that with a certain dose of cadmi-um,lead and mercury,there exists a potemtial change imducing ability of the mammalian re-production cells.
