利用蚕豆根尖细胞微核技术监测嘉陵江水的致突变性研究

A STUDY ON THE UTILIZATION OF MICRONUCLEUS TEST TECHNIQUE IN VICIA FABA ROOT TIPS TO DETECT MUTAGENI CITY OF THE JIALING RIVER LYING IN NANCHONG CITY

本文报导用蚕豆根尖细胞微核技术，监测了嘉陵江南充市段水体的微核效应．结果显示：水体中含有使蚕豆根尖细胞微核率增高的致突变物．同时评价了各采样点的致突变物污染水平，结果提示，水体中致突变物属轻度到中度污染．

This paper reports that test technigne in vicia faba root tips has been used in detection ofthe mutagenicity of the Jialing river within Nanchong city.The results show that the waterof the Jialing river contains mutagenic agents,PI of the points of sampling suggests that themutagenic pollution of the Jialing river is from low to moderate degree.
