T管置入后肝外胆管侧方成角

EXTRAHEPATIC BILE DUCT ANGULATION AFTER T-TUBEINSERTION

分析１２０例１２９次Ｔ管引流术后的胆道造影片，７６例病人的８５次造影中有肝外胆管向侧方的成角（７６／１２０例），占６３％，其角度为８５°－１６０°，平均１２９°；以上国内文献尚未见报道，结果显示：Ｔ管置入后肝外胆管成角否，与病人的年龄（Ｐ＞０．５），置入Ｔ管的时间（Ｐ＞０．０１），与造影时所显示的胆总管内径（Ｐ＞０．５）均无显著性差异．在成角组，其置管的时间与成角大小有正相关关系（Ｐ＜０．００１）．并讨论了成角与解剖基础，置管方式的关系及其临床意义．

One hundred and twenty-nine cholangiograms of 120 cases after T-tube drainage wereanalysed. Lateral angulation of extrahepatic bile duct was observed in 85 cholangiograms of76 cases(63%),The angle averaged 129°,Which hasn't been previously reported in domes-tic magazines.The result shows whether the extrahepatic bile duct alters their configutationafter inserting T-tube has noremarkable differentiation in the patient's age(P>0.5),or thelength of time of T-tube insention(P>0.01),or interal diameter of commen bile duet(P>0.5).But in the angulation group. the appearance has a positive relation ship with the timeof T-tube insertion and angulation size (P<0.001).The angalation relation to anatomic basic,the manner of T-tube insertion and clinicsigiiificance were discussed.
