110例偏头痛类血管性头痛脑血流图分析

THE ANALYSIS OF 11O CASES MIGRAINE TYPE OF BLOOD VESSAL HEADACHE'S ELECTROENCEPHALOGRAPHY

本文报道１１０例偏头痛类血管性头痛的脑血流图改变，异常者７７例（７０％）．以波幅值增高血管呈扩张状态者１３例（１６．８８％）；两侧波幅不对称者２６例（３３．７７％）；波幅值降低血管呈收缩状态者３８例（４９．３５％）；而波型异常者仅９例（８．１８％）．且伴有波幅值的改变．由此可见，波幅值的改变是判断血管性头痛的客观指标，并能为临床治疗及观察疗效提供实验室依据．

The electroencephalography chang of 110 cases migraine type of blood vessal headache isreported in this essay, and 77(70 per cent)one abnormal.Out of them,13(16.88 percent)cases have their amplitude value increased and blood vessal dilated,26(33.77 percent)un-symmetried;and 38(49.35 per cent)decreased and Blood vessal systoled.There are only 9cases(8.18 per cent)which wave types are abnormal,accompanied by the chang of ampli-tude value.From this we can know that the chang of amplitude value is an obgect index todetermine blood vessal headache,and it can provide as laboratorial basis for clinical treat-ment and observe curative effect as well.
