糖尿病酮症酸中毒33例临床分析

CLINICAL ANALYSIS OF 33CASES OF DKA

本文对我科收治的３３例糖尿病酮症酸中毒（ＤＫＡ）患者进行了临床分析，发现治疗中酸中毒纠正和尿酮转阴平均时间明显延长，并对其可能原因进行了讨论，同时指出：不断提高和加强诊疗水平和责任心并向患者广为宣传糖尿病的有关知识，对于减少ＤＫＡ的发生、提高抢救成功率有重要作用．

The paper analysised 33 cases of diabetic ketoacidosis(DKA).The result indicates thatthe average time of curing DKA and the disappearance of urine acetone bodies are increasingbviusly.The probability of these are also discussed.In order to decrease the occuring ofDKA and improve the cure rate.we should make our medical techniques better and our senseof dufy stronger.Simultaneously,the patients should be told the basic knowledge of dia-betes.
