激素处理对公犬性机能和应激恢复作用的试验

The Effects of Hormone Treatment in Hypogonadism and Stress Restore in Male Dog

将５个品种的１６只公犬依诱发性机能低下的原因分为３组，（１）季节性因素；（２）应激反应；（３）对照组。采用睾酮＋促性腺激素和释放激素或肾上腺皮质激素＋睾酮＋释放激素处理，辅以睾丸按摩。结果表明，对季节性因素造成性机能障碍的公犬，处理后７—８天即可恢复，９—１０天达到正常繁殖状态，对应激反应的公犬，处理后１０天即行恢复，１５天达到正常繁殖水平，精液品质为正常范围，治愈率达１００％，试验结论；激素处理是克服公犬繁殖障碍的有效措施。

male dogs of 5 stain were separated 3 groups,base on reason of induction hypogonadism; (1)season; (2) stress; (3)control. Hormone treatment were testosterone, (T)+gonadotrophin and GnRH or adrenocortical hormone+T+GnRH, auxiliary massage in testicle. Result showed: gonadopause of season factor were recover in 7￣8 day after treatment, 9￣10 day attain normal sexual functional,stress were restor in 10 day for after traetment,nomal reproduction level in 15 day,semen quality were nomal, heal rate 100%. Conclusion were hormone treatment can overcome breeding difficulty in male dog.
