玉米健壮素对玉米的生理效应

On Physiologic Effect of Maize Robust Hormone on Corn

以Ｓｃ７０４玉米为供试材料，喷施玉米健壮素后，玉米植株矮化，重心下移，气生根发育和脱氢酶活性增强，游离氨基酸含量增多，细胞膜透性增强．叶片叶绿素含量较ＣＫ有先下降后增多的趋势．在玉米生育后期，处理植株的绿叶数、绿叶面积明显较ＣＫ多，叶片衰老延缓．分析认为这与根系发育被促进、群体结构改善有关。上述生理效应在王米生产中拟可用来延缓玉米衰老，增强植株抗倒能力，调节改善群体结构．

Maize Sc-704 was provided for exprimental material.Spraying Maize RobustHormone, corn plant become dumpy,centre of gravity lower, air root developing and dehydrogenase activity strengthening, free amino acid content lower at first and then increase in comparison with CK.During the late period of growth development on corn, the treated plants'green leaves,green leaves area are obviouslymore than CK,leaf withering is delayed.Theanalyses show that these relate to the root system developing and population structure. Theabove-mentioned physiologic effcts may be used to delay corn withering,to strengthen cornplant lodging resistance,to regulate and improve population structure etc. in maize produce.
