摘要 以Na2SeO3作为硒肥,通过盆栽试验研究了Se(IV)在水稻中的积累与分布规律以及Se(IV)对水稻生长及产量的影响.结果表明.水稻从秧苗移栽到分蘖盛期这一段生长期内对Se(IV)的吸收比分蘖后期至成熟期快;Se(IV)在成熟期水稻中的分布为:根>叶>茎>籽粒;土壤施Se(IV)量低于30mg/kg时,Se(IV)对水稻的生长有一定的促进作用,产量也有较明显提高,当高于30mg/kg时,水稻的生长开始受到不良影响,其产量也开始下降.要使水稻籽粒(精米)含硒量达到对人体足够且安全的范围内的适宜土壤施入Na2SeO3量为每亩11.8~47.6g. Pot experiments were conducted to study Selenium accumulation and distribution in rice,and the-effects of soil application of Sodium Selenite-Se(IV)on the growthand yields of rice were studied. The results indicates the rate of rice absorbing Selenium before tillering stage is faster than that after tillering stage, and the distribution of Selenium indifferent part of rice were found to be root>leaf>stem>kernel. The growth of rice was promoted and the yields increased when Soil application of sc(IV)was lower than 30mg/kg, butwhen soil application of Se (IV) was above 30mg/kg,the growth of rice was inhibited andthe yields decreased. Applied Sodium Selenite (11.8~47.69/666.7m2)to soil,the Seleniumcontents in kernel of rice increased into sufficient range for human and livestock.
