植物病毒在蚕豆植株内增殖和转移的研究

A Study on Propagation and Diversion of Plant Virus in Broad-bean

采用全叶法和拉丁方排列法分别测定莱豆黄色花叶病毒和红豆花叶病毒在蚕豆植株内的增殖和转移，结果表明：病毒侵入蚕豆后，先在接种叶不断增殖，并逐渐向植株上部发展，直至顶叶；病毒侵入接种叶或顶叶后，只有当其增殖到一定浓度后，才能使寄主表现症状；病毒在寄主体内的增殖呈现出一定的规律性．可以利用这一增殖规律进行病毒的提纯或生物学测定．

Using intact leaf method and latin method to detect propagation and diversionof BYMV and CPMV in broad-beau,the result indicates that after the virus invaded broad- beau,it propagated constantly in inoculated leaves,and diverted gradually to top of plant.After the virus invaded inoculated ledves or top leaves,the plants do not show symptom untilthe virus propagate to certain concentration. The propagation of virus in plant show particular regUlarity,the reserach workers can use this regularity to purify or detect for biology.
