摘要
本研究从实用化出发，研制了一种简便塑料无菌工作室，筛选了供超排和受体同期化处理方案．结果表明，塑料无菌间符合胚操作要求，优选的供体超排方案有３种，优选的受体同期化处理方案有３种．
