摘要
研究了钴催化氟磺酸9.10-二甲基吖啶的化学发光特性。建立了测定Co^(2)的化学发光新方法。方法线性范围为1×10^(-10)~1×10^(-7)g/ml;检测限为5.0×10^(-11)g/mlCo^(2+)。测定5×10^(-9)g/ml Co^(2+)的相对标准偏差为6.0%。方法可应用于自来水、江水、池塘水中痕量钴的测定。
The characteristics of cobalt catalysis chemiluminescence of 9, 10-dimethyl acridinium fluorosulfonate are studied in a basic aqueous H_2O_2 solution. A new chemiluminescence method for determing cobalt in tap water, river water and lake water has been established. Linear calibration range is 1.0×10^(-10)~1.0×10^(-7)g/ml. The detection limits is 5. 0×10^(-11)g/ml. RSD is 6.0% for 5.0×10^(-9)g/mL Co^(2+).
