灭虫丁皮肤给药对犬钩虫病的实验治疗

EXPERIMENT AL TREATMENT OF DOGS INFECTED WITH ANCYLOSTOMA CANINUM WITH AVERMECTIN LINIMENT THROUGH SKIN

用灭虫丁加异丙醇加助渗剂、灭虫丁加异丙醇不加助渗剂及灭虫丁加无水乙醇加助渗剂配制成3种擦剂,用50μg/kg、20μg/kg、10μg/kg3种剂量,家犬1次皮肤给药实验治疗犬钩虫病,同时以灭虫丁油剂150μg/kg涂肤及150μg/kg、200μg/kg肌肉注射作对照.结果,给药后1个月粪便检查,灭虫丁加异丙醇加助渗剂20μg/kg、50μg/kg组虫卵均为阴性,与油剂皮肤给药及肌肉注射组疗效相似,而其他2种擦剂疗效较差.

Three kinds of avermectin liniment were prepared; A,avermectin mixed with iso-propyl alcohol and azone, B, avermectin mixed with alcohol and a zone, C, avermectin mixed with iso-propyl. Doses of each liniment used in the experiment were 50μg/kg,20μg/kg and 10μg/ kg respectively. The dogs infected with Ancylostoma caninum were treated with each liniment once through skin and compared with avermectin ointment(150μg/kg) and intramuscalar in-jection of avermectin (150μg/kg, 200μg/kg respectively). Stoot examination of the treated dogs at month l after treatment showed that there was no worm eggs in those dogs treated with the liniment of mixed avermectin,iso-propyl and azone at doses of 20μg/kg and 50μg/ kg. There was no significant difference between the efficiency of this liniment and that of the ointment or intramuscular injection, but the efficiency of the other two liniments (avermectin mixed with alcohol and azone; and avermectin mixed with iso-propyl alcohol ) was lower.
