人工感染钉螺体内日本血吸虫胞蚴期发育的观察 被引量:3

摘要 本文通过对人工感染钉螺的活体及石蜡包埋连续切片,观察大陆品系日本血吸虫母胞蚴,母胞蚴内子胞蚴,移行中子胞蚴及肝组织内子胞蚴结构。对母体内子胞蚴从单一胚细胞经过桑葚期、有包膜的胚胎阶段至成熟子胞蚴的发育过程进行了详细的描述。发现子胞蚴从母胞蚴特定部位产出,认为母胞蚴存在产孔的结构。且发现已脱去纤毛板的胞蚴存在于钉螺消化道内,并对其作用和意义进行了讨论。 This paper reported a histological study of development of spocyst of Schistosoma japon-icurn in paraffin section as well as microscopic observation on living sporocysts in pressed On-comelania snails for: (1 )Mother sporocyst(ms). (2)Daughter sporocyst in brood chamber(b-Ds). (3)Migrating daughter sporocyst (mi -Ds). (4)Daughter sporocyst in liver tissue(l-Ds).The material was obtained from the artificial infected snails reared in larboratory.The daughter sporocysts inside the mother sporocysts developed from a single germinal cell to fully matured daughter sporocysts through the morular embryo and germ ball with a thin wall. In paraffin section material of 60d postinfection (pi), a daughter sporocyst was seen emerging from a particular place of mother sporocyst wall. In living sporocysts observed on the same days pi,a ms which was still alive had one matured Ds in brood chamber. Ac-cording to the above results,the authors believed that ms has a birth pore and Ds escape from this pore. In paraffin section material of 3 h pi, a mother sporocyst in the esophagus was found,this indicated that the miracidia might gain entry into the snail throu he snail ali-mentary canal.
