本文对直流稳压电源的操作瞬态过电压，及其对负载──ＣＭＯＳ电路的危害进行了研究，并设计出了相应、有效的防护电路。从根本上克服了操作过电压干扰对负载的危害。

The author analysed the operational instaneous overvoltage of D. C. regulated power supply,and the harms done to the loads -CMOScircuit, And then the author designed an effective protected circuit to overcome the harms.
