摘要
本文介绍用CMOS集成电路组成的油田抽油机高效节能定时自动控制器,在样机模拟实验的基础上,较详细地分析了电路的工作原理和特性。该控制器可按任意设置的工作和停歇时间,自动起动和停歇抽油电动机,循环工作。从而消除了井下无油电动机空运转现象,实现了节约电能之目的。并具有各抽油电动机分散延时起动和在欠压、过载、缺相运行时的保护功能。
A high-efficiency energy saving and automatic timing controller, composed of CMOS IC for oil pumps in the oil field, was introduced in this paper. The principles and characteristics of its circuits were analysed in detail. This controller can start and stop or make the motor work in cycles according to the timing programme designed at will. so the idle work is avoided and the electric power is saved. It can also delay the starting when the circuit is suddenly switched on and it also has the protection fonction in case of undervoltage, over-loading or phase failure.
