本文论述了地方矿业监督管理的意义，分析了目前地方矿业监督管理的现状和存在的问题，提出了应采取的几项改进措施。
The article elaborates on the importance of supervision and management over local mining industry .and makes an analysis of the present state of affairs in this field, including the problems existed therein. Several measures for improvement are proposed
