理顺产权关系　规范管理行为　建立新型地勘单位

STRAIGTHEN OUT PROPERTY RIGHT RELATIONSHIPS AND STANDARDIZE MANAGEMENT BEHAVIOUR TO FORM NEW-TYPE GEOLOGICAL PROSPECTING UNITS

本文作者根据对四个省地矿局（厅）的调查，认为改革使地勘单位发生了根本变化，当前应进一步理顺关系，规范地勘单位行为。

Based on investigations made on the reform carried out by 4 provincial bureaus (or department ) of geology and mineral resources, the authors conclude that radical changes have taken place in the geological Prospecting units and think what needs to be done at present is to go a step further to straigthen out their property right relationships and to standardize their management behaviours.
