摘要
本文认为，地勘单位走向市场，必须实现企业化。而地勘单位企业化首先要解决思想观念、企业自主权、国家订货和人才等问题。
In order to enable the geological prospecting units to move towards the market it is imperative to turn them into enterprises. Yet, to attain this end, the following problems should be solved above all others, i.e., granting them management autonomy, adopting the way of ordering ofprospecting results by the state instead of task assignment, and making upfor shortage of capable personnel.
