摘要
本文阐述了在社会主义市场经济体制下，改革与发展是地勘单位面临的两大任务。针对地勘单位当前改革的难点和迫切需要解决的问题，从更新观念、调整结构、转换机制、强化资金管理、理顺分配关系、改革资产管理体制等六个方面进行探讨。
The author deems, under the socialist market system, reform and development are the two major tasks set before the geological Prospecting units. In view of the difficulties they are confronted with in current reform and the problems which calls for immediate attention, the article discusses such issues as changing old concepts, readjusting their organizational structure, transforming their operational mechanism, tightening capital management, straightening out income distribution relationships, and reforming the assets management system.
