摘要
本文结合地勘业的特点，就地勘单位向企业化过渡中可能出现的几种风险作了分析，提出了一些可供选择的对策。
Based on the special characters of the geological prospecting trade, the author makes an analysis of several kinds of risks that might occur and confront the geological prospecting units during their transformation from institutional units to enterprises. Some ways to deal with the possible risks are proposed.
