摘要
本文从地勘单位性质的演绎入手，在对地勘企业一般性质加以分析的同时，指出了它所具有的特殊性质，进而论述了市场导向下，地勘企业的行为特点。
Proceeding from the evolution of the character of geological prospecting units the article deals with the general and Particular characters of geological Prospecting enterprises and discusses, on this basis, the special features of their behaviour under the guidance of the market economy.
