摘要
文章对专业地勘院（所）企业化进程缓慢问题作了讨论，认为要改变这种状况，一是要建立起企业机制，重点放在建造激励机制；二是要突破思想上的障碍，转变思想观念。
The author thinks the enterprication of the institutes engaged in geological exploration is going on at low pace and holds that in order to shorten the process it is essential for them to establish an operation mechanism as that of enterprises, focusing on creating an incentive working system, and at at the same time they should clear away ideological obstacles and transform old concepts.
