社会主义市场经济体制下地勘经济运行机制模式的探讨

ON MODEL OF THE ECONOMIC OPERATION MECHANISM OF THE GEOLOGICAL PROSPECTING TRADE UNDER SOCIALIST MARKET SYSTEM

文章认为，应当从我国的社会制度、资源管理体制和地勘业的特点出发，按照社会主义市场经济的要求建立起切实可行的地勘经济运行机制，运作地勘经济活动。并对地勘经济运行机制的模式作了探讨。

The author deems the establishment of a feasible operation mechanism for the economic activities of the geologicar pospecting trade should be based on the resources management system and the special character of the prospecting trade. It should also be in accordance with the socialist system of the country and suited to the demands of the socialist market economy. A model of the said mechanism is discussed in the article.
