摘要
本文认为，地矿部门对外经济合作已经起步，并取得了明显的成绩，但也存在规模较小，主管部门缺乏有效的协商调和，管理上还不能适应对外开发的需要等问题。文章还对９０年代从矿部门对外经济合作的政策提出了若干建议。
China's geological and mineral resources departments have already started on developing economic cooperation with partners of foreign countries and tangible results have been achieved. However, the cooperative Projects initiated are still small in scope and there are some other problems remain to be solved, which include the lack of effective coordination from the respohsible departments as well as efficient management to fit in with the opening Policy. Suggestions on Policy measures to be taken for developing cooperation with foreign countries in the' 90s are put forward.
