摘要
本文认为，在政府机构改革中，根据政企分开的原则，地矿部所属地勘队伍应按企业集团模式组建＂矿产勘查开发总公司＂，并对此企业集团的性质、结构框架、所需的社会条件及其内部管理等问题作了探讨。
The author thinks, in the reform of the government structure and according to the principle of separating government administration and enterprise management, the ranks of the geological prospecting trade under the Ministry of Geology and Mineral Resources should set to form a 'National Mineral Exploration and Development Corporation' on the enterprise group pattern. The character of such a corporation, its framework and internal management, as well as the necessary social conditions needed for its establishment are discussed.
