摘要
文章认为矿业开发除了应重视经济效益外，也要重视社会效应，并对矿业开发的社会效应的主要表现作了分析。同时还对安徽省矿业开发中的问题与对策作了论述。
The author holds, in mine development, equal importance should be attached to both economic efficiency and its social effects. With a study of the major manifestations of the social effects it produces, the article deals with the problems existed in the mining industry of Anhui Province, with remedial measures proposed by the author.
