地勘单位进市场几个问题的思考

SOME THOUGHTS ON SEVERAL PROBLEMS CONCERNING THE FZNTRY OF GEOLCGICAL PROSPECTING UNITS INTO THE MARKET

本文结合云南地矿局近年来改革的实践，认为地勘单位的根本出路在于走向市场，走企业化的道路。地勘单位进入市场和能否搞活，关键是充分调动其内部二级单位的积极性，因此，主张划小核算单位，将二级单位推向市场。

Based on the reform carried out by the Bureau of Geology and Mineral Resources of Yunnan Province over the past few years, the author holds the basic way out for the geological prospecting units is to go to the market and turn themselves into enterprizes,and the key to their successful entry into the market and their rejuvenation is to bring into full play the initiative of their secondary units. In order to steer the secondary units to the market the auther suggests to allow them to become independent accounting entities.
