关于地质勘查业的市场化

ON MARKETIZATION OF GEOLOGICAL EXPLORATION

本文认为，地质勘查业的市场化是经济改革进一步深化和进一步发展的必然要求与现实途径。在整体推进我国社会主义市场经济建设步伐的同时，应对地勘业的市场化予以充分重视。文章就此作了论述。并认为用＂市场化＂代替＂三化＂作为地勘业改革与发展的中长期目标，将有助于地勘单位、地勘业更好地全面改革开放。

To keep pace with the development of the socialist market economic syste due attention should be paid to the marketization of geological exploration, for this is the inevitable demand of the deepened economic reform of the country and also a practical way for its further development. The author also holds to take marketization as the long-range objective of the reform and development of the geological exploration industry, instead of the 'three goals' (enterprisation of the geological prospecting units,commercialization of geological results, and socialization of geological work, is conducive to accelerating the overall reform and opening of the geological prospecting units, and the industry as well.
