摘要
本文认为，随着社会主义市场经济体制的确立，地勘经济内容和地勘单位经营行为、经营方式都发生了较大的变化，市场已成为地勘单位生产要素配置的主要方式，地勘单位作为独立的企业法人经营主体，必须从理顺产权关系入手，积极推行资产经营承包责任制。文章对此作了探讨。
Following the establishment of the socialist market system,there have been fairly great changes in the contents of geological prospecting economy and in the management behaviour and ways of operation of the geological prospecting units; exploring the market has become the main pattern followed by such units to arrange their factors of production. The author holds that these units, operating as independent legal entites, should first of all straighten out their property rights relationships and actively implement the contracted responsibility system for management of assets. Discussions are made in the article with respect to these Points.
