国有大中型企业面临的困难及对策

ON THE DIFFICULTIES FACED BY STATE-OWNED LARGE AND MEDIUM-SIZED ENTERPRISES,WITH SUGGESTIONS FOR REMEDY

本文以地矿部西北探矿机械厂为例，分析了目前国有大中型企业面临的困难。为了摆脱困境，增强自身生存能力和发展后劲，充分发挥国有大中型企业主导作用，认为需要从改善外部环境和靠内部挖潜、采取相应对策两个方面来解决。文章着重就后者谈了一些看法。

With the Northwest China Geological Exploration Machinery Plant of the Ministry of Geology and Mineral Resources as an example, the article makes an analysis of the difficulties presently faced by state-owned large and medium-sized enterprises. It is held that, in order to enable them to extricate themselves from their predicaments and to enhance their ability for survival and strength for future development so as to bring their leading role into full play, it is necessary to make efforts in the following two aspects, i.e., to improve the outer environment and to tap their internal Potentials with appropriete measures. Some views of the author relating to the latter are expressed with greater emphasis.
