摘要
本文阐述了地质勘查市场体系的内涵和总体功能，分析了现阶段地质勘查市场体系的缺陷。文章认为，培育和完善地质勘查市场体系的关键，一是使市场主体的地勘企业产权关系明晰化，具有独立的经济利益和经营决策的自主权，真正成为自主经营、自负盈亏，具有独立经济利益的市场主体，二是搞好国家宏观调控，尽快拿出一个能够被各方面接受的地勘成果价格方案，三是要建立健全地勘市场政策、法规体系，及保证地勘市场能够正常运行。
The article expounds the implications and general functions of the geological prospecting market and markes an analysis or its deficiencies existed at the present stage. It is held t hat the bet to cultivating a perfect market system of this trade is to take steps in the following fields: 1) to make distinct the ownership relations of the geological Prospecting units which have already entered the market, and give them greater autonomy so that they may become genuine enterprises, having the power to make their management decisions, operating independently for their own economic benefits and responsible for their own profits and losses ; 2)exercise effective macro-control and draw up as soon as possible a pricing program for geological prospecting results acceptable to various parties;and 3) to establish a complete set of Policies and legal regulations with regard to the geological prospecting market, so as to ensure its smooth operation.
