摘要
本文论述了建立股份制地勘企业的基本依据：并结合地勘行业的特点，分析了地勘单位实现股份制的前提条件，探讨了建立股份制地勘企业的途径和方式。
By an exposition of the basis for geological prospecting enterprises to operate on the stock system, and in the light of the special characters of the geological prospecting trade, tEe atticle analyzes the prerequisites for the prospecting units to such an approach and discusses the ways and means to enable them to become enterprises adopting the stock system.
