放线共生放线杆菌单克隆抗体的制备

PREPARATION OF MONOCLONAL ANTIBODIES TO ACTINOBACILLUS ACTINOMYCETEMCOMITANS

本实验制备了针对放线共生放线杆菌（Ａｃｔｉｎｏｂａｃｉｌｌｕｓａｃｔｉｎｏ－ｍｙｃｅｔｅｍｃｏｍｉｔａｎｓ，Ａ．ａ．）的三种单克隆抗体。ＥＬＩＳＡ及免疫荧光表明：抗体７８－Ｂ６和６７－Ｅ８特异性良好。６７－Ｅ８只与Ａ．ａ．的Ｃ型反应，而与Ａ．ａ．的其它血清型及其它主要口腔厌氧菌无交叉反应；７５－Ｂ６与Ａ．ａ三个血清型均有反应，与其它主要口腔厌氧菌未发现交叉反应。Ｙ４－Ｂ６免疫荧光显示与粘性放线菌有交叉反应，但因其形态特征明显不影响其使用。

This paper reports the bveneration and partial characteristics of themonocolonal antibodies to Actinobacillus actinomycetemcomi tans(A. a.).Using ELISA and indirect immunofluorescence,we confirmedthree kinds of antibodies.75-B6 was specific for species-specific antigenof A.a. and no reaction with other major oral bacterial species 67-E8was a serotype C specific antisera which reacted with serotype C antigen of A.a. only. Indirect immunoflunofluorescence indicated that Y4-2E6 which specific for serotype b antigen of A.a. has a cross reaction withActinomyces viscosae.But these these two kinds of species couldbe easilyidentified, because of their different morphology
