牙龈卟啉杆菌的分离培养与鉴定 被引量:1

摘要 牙龈卟啉杆菌(Porphyromanusgingivalis.Pg)与成年人慢性牙周炎有密切关系。我们对76例慢性成人牙周炎龈下菌斑中的Pg菌进行了分离培养鉴定,共分离出Pg55株。从表型特征上看Pg与其它2株卟啉杆菌极为相似,经DNA同源性测定Pg菌具有高度同源性、且Pg抗血清特异性较强,血清学手段可作为辅助鉴定该菌的简便方法。本文还对Pg菌超显微结构进行了研究。 Porphyromanus gingivalis is an important anaerobe in the pathoge-nenesis of human periodontitis. In this study,the isolation, characte rization and identification of P. gingiualis(P.g) were discribed.Of 76 samples of subgingivol plague from the adult chronic periodontis,55 Pg. were isolated, enzymatic characterization of Pg was the san1e to P. as-accharolyticus and P.endodontalis,The antiserum of Pg.ATCC33277was specifiic,so seriological methods were very useful for identification of the pathogens.
