摘要 本文从动压轴承弹性油膜内压力方程一雷诺方程的基本原理分析了滑动轴承、共转轴承、双油膜浮动轴承的弹性油膜的弹性浮动量对行星轮载荷均衡性能的影响,并设计了用于试验的行星减速机,试验台及齿根应力测试装置,进行了滑动轴承和双油膜浮动轴承的均载性能试验,经数据分析、处理,得出用双油膜浮动轴承时的载荷不均衡系数小于1.15。据了解,这是国内首次在产品样机上得到的研究结果。 The influence of elastic floating of the elastic oil film of plain bearing, coaxial bearing, dual-oil-film floating bearing on the load balance property of the planetary is discussed in the paper on the basis of the elastic oil film pressure equation of dynmaic pressure──the Reynoolds Eqnation. In addition, the reduction planetary gear for test, testing machire and testing device for the tooth root stress are designed, the experiments of the load balance property of plain beoring and dual-oil-film floating film are carried out. According to the data analysis and arrangement,it's drown out that the unbalance load coetficient of dual-oil-film floating bearing is less than 1.15, which.as known so far, is the first research result gotten from the sample product machine.
