主轴径向跳动对加工精度影响的解析分析法

摘要 提出了研究主轴回转精度对加工精度影响的方法,以径向跳动为例,分析镗削主轴纯径向跳动对加工精度影响规律,得到加工后工件形状误差为椭圆的结论,并解析分析出影响此椭圆的特征参数。提出了误差控制方法及其减少加工误差的途径。 The method to investigate the effect of gyration accuracy of spindle onmachining precision are proposed in the present paper.The radial vibration is taken as anexample to analyse the influence regularity of pure radial vibration of boring spindle on ma-chining precision. The condusion that parts will be work into the shape of ellipse is obtalned.Some characteristic paralT1eters to influence the ellipseare discussed and the method of errorcontrolling as well as the approach to reduce manufacture error are presented.
