摘要
运用优化设计方法,设计了750kg空气锤的隔震基础。并采用金属卷弹簧。橡胶组合隔震器做为砧下弹性垫层。安装后实测结果表明,基础振动位移和振动加速度幅值分别是《动力机器基础设计规范》规定的允许值的1/4和1/6,使锻锤震动得到大大降低。
A method of optimization is used to design the vibration isolation foun-dation for 750kg air hammer.We make use of cylindrical compression spring and damper ofrubber as the elastic pad below the anvil. After installation,measured resuits showed止at themaximum values of displacement and acceleration of foundation vibration are respectively 1/4and 1/6 of that permited vaiues provided by the《Standard of Foundation Design on PowerPlant》 Hammer vibration has been made greatly lowered.
