摘要
通过对20CrMnMo钢的低碳马氏体与渗碳处理后的强韧性进行了对比试验,试验表明,前者的强韧性远优于渗碳处理.对于承受较大又多次冲击载荷以断裂为主要失效形式的中小型渗碳件,提出了一个既节省能源又提高零件质量的强化途径。
The strong-toughness comparative tests of low-carbon Martensite to car-burized one for 20CrMnMo steel are performede. The test evidence shows that the former oneis of superior stron-toughness to the carburized one. For medium-small size carburized partssubject to considerable and repeated load, to which failure is caused mainly by fracture,astrengthening approach to saving energy and improving quality is pointed out in this paper.
