用高碳合脂酸锌加油提高成革防水耐用性能 被引量:2

摘要 在铬—植结合鞣牛反绒面革加油的油脂中,配用适量高碳合脂酸锌进行加油,能降低成车吸水率,提高其防水性能。高碳合脂酸锌熔入加脂用油脂中后,将明显提高油脂粘度,有利于油脂在革内的固定,对绒面革使用中由于灰砂吸附和水洗所造成的革内油脂移失去有所减少,从而可提高绒面革的耐用性能。高碳合脂酸锌还具轻度防霉作用。 To use suitable amount of Zinc-synthetic high carbon fatty acids in combination of stufflug agent for Cr-Veg. tanned bovine suede, which can result into poor water absorbency.The viscosity of stuffing agent will increase when the Zinc-synthetic high carben fatty acids is put into stuffing agent after melting and mixed togather, higher viscosity is benefit to fixiation of stuffing agent inside leather. The tendency of grease lose of suede leather as for absorption from dust while using as well as grease moving out by water washing, is certainly decreased, therefore the durability of the suede leather should be improved. Zinc-synthetic high carbon fatty acids also has slightly anti-mould effect.
