烷基聚乙二醇醚磺酸盐电解稳定加脂剂的制备与应用

PREPARATION AND APPLICATION OF ELECTROLYTICALLY STABLE FATLIQUOR BASED ON ALKYL POLYGLYCOL ETHER SULFONATES

众所周知，在漫酸或鞣制工序中应用加脂剂不仅赋予皮革许多特殊功能而且起到润滑和加脂作用，用于上述用途的加脂剂在酸或盐溶液中比一般加脂剂更稳定。在我们的实验中，我们合成了烷基聚乙二醇醚磺酸盐（ＡＰＥＳ），一种电解稳定加脂剂，并将其试用于浸酸浴和鞣浴中。我们发现ＡＰＥＳ处理可以提高皮革的物理强度和柔软性。

The application of fatliquors in the pickle or tanning operation has been long known to give not only many functional characteristics to leathers but also lubrication and fatliquoring.The fatliquors used in those purpose are more stable in acid or salt solutions than general f&tliquors.In our experiment, we synthesised alkyl polyglycol ether sulfonates (APES), electrolytically stable fatliquor, and tried to apply it in the pickle and tanning bath. We found the fact that the APES's treatment increased the physical strength and softness of the leather.
